We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time. All items are in stock for same day shipping. You'll be told when you order when your package will be sent.

Shipping policy.

During checkout, Vertt Members and guests can choose their preferred shipping option—we’ll provide an estimated delivery date for every item in your bag based on your shipping selection, the delivery address, and where the item(s) ship from. We offer the following shipping options:

Standard – $10

Delivered 7-10 business days.
Your order will be delivered within 7-10 business days following the order confirmation. Additional business days may be required for delivery during peak selling periods.

Priority – $20 

Delivered 5-7 business days.
Your order will be delivered within 5-7 business days following the order confirmation. Additional business days may be required for delivery during peak selling periods.

Express – $30

Delivered 2-3 business days.
Your order will be delivered within 2-3 business days following the order confirmation. Additional business days may be required for delivery during peak selling periods.

International – $50

Delivered 15-25 business days.
Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days following the order confirmation. Additional business days may be required for delivery during peak selling periods.

Additional information.

  • We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.
  • We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible. At this time, our carriers are FedEx, UPS, USPS. Please note that carriers are automatically selected based upon the delivery address and delivery method.
  • If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
  • The estimated delivery date in checkout is based on your delivery address and the shipping option you’ve selected.
  • Due to occasional circumstances such as weather conditions or social distancing procedures, some customers may experience a slight delay in delivery.
  • Orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico with standard shipping may take up to 21 business days for delivery. These orders are shipped with FedEx Smartpost and/or USPS. 
  • We don’t ship to P.O Boxes. APO/FPO/U.S. territories.
  • While we want everyone to experience Vertt clothing, at this time, we do not ship to freight forwarding addresses. 

Return policy.

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Returnable only unworn and unwashed items.  Only items purchased in the United States can be returned or exchanged. Custom items and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to make any changes, including the delivery address and the delivery option. Please remember when returning an online purchase, the return policy is it must be returned within 30 days of purchase. It can take the warehouse up to 14 business days to process your return once they receive the order. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. The funds will be credited back to your original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days, thereafter. Please note: $7 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping the prepaid label.
